ALL OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
MINIMUMS
$150 minimum opening order, $125 minimum reorder.
Minimum 6 per design for single cards, boxed sets and calendars.
Minimum 3 per design for candles.
PAYMENT
We accept payment via all major credit cards through the website.
Please contact if you’d prefer to pay via check or PayPal.
TURN AROUND TIME
Our standard turn around time is 1-3 days.
Due to the hectic nature of the holidays, shipping may increase to one week.
Please let us know if you need your order sooner and we’ll do the best we
can to get it out to you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed upon, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
All of our orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.
We are always happy to expedite your shipping or use your account number,
just send us an email before ordering.
BACK ORDERS
It rarely happens but if a product is on back order, will let you know as soon as we can.
The rest of your order will ship unless otherwise directed.
Once an item is back in stock, we are happy to ship free of charge.
We will invoice you for the back ordered items at time of shipment.
REFUNDS
All sales are final. We ask that all damages must be reported within
5 days of receipt of order and returned unused in its original packaging.
Shipping is non-refundable.
PRODUCT & PACKAGING
We ask that all products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging.
Boxed sets are enclosed in a clear box and may not be broken up.
Greeting Cards are enclosed in a cello sleeve or eco friendly packaging
and the option for each is available on both our wholesale website
as well as Faire.
